Karalyn Kenny Is an experienced real estate agent from up island to Riverhead, Wading River, Jamesport, Laurel, and the North fork of Long Island. With a strong background in the title industry and bank closing, Karalyn has been licensed since 2008 and has a combined 38 years of experience in all aspects of real estate. She also holds the roles of a Notary Public, Title Closer, Bank Closer, and NSA Signing Agent.

With a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, Karalyn's extensive experience also includes 10 years as a loan officer. She brings a wealth of knowledge to assist clients with their real estate needs. In addition to her real estate expertise, Karalyn has achieved notable accomplishments throughout her career. She graduated as the valedictorian of the Culinary class of 2005 at the Culinary Academy of Long Island, where she earned a 4.0 degree in Culinary Arts & Restaurant Management.

When asked why she chose real estate, Karalyn explains that her involvement in the title industry inspired her to obtain her real estate license to help friends and family with their real estate needs. Her experience in the field has shaped her work ethic, having been self-employed her entire adult life.

Karalyn currently resides in Mattituck and was born and raised in Massapequa. She holds a high school diploma from Massapequa High School, and after completing high school, she entered the title industry. She furthered her education by obtaining a degree in Hotel and Resort Management from Suffolk Community College in 2014. Outside of real estate Karalyn enjoys spending time with her extended family, boating on the Peconic Bay, and is a wine club member with multiple North fork wineries. Karalyn is an active member of the Riverhead Moose Lodge-1742 and has been a member of the Women of the Moose since 2018. Additionally, she serves as a trustee on the board of the Riverhead Moose Yacht Club.
