As a top producer in the Treasure Valley, KaLinn's passion for mentoring and teaching led to her role as broker and eventually, co-owner of Group One Sotheby's International Realty in 2006. The company transitioned ownership to Majestic Collective Realty in 2022 and KaLinn has continued as President to serve this leading brokerage. She is completely committed to her agents’ success and their clients’ real estate goals. In addition, supporting the local communities has always been a priority for KaLinn, their agents and company.

When she is not 'on the clock', which is rare (even from her bicycle in the south of France), KaLinn lives for adventures with her significant other of 40+ years and their two pups. They've hiked the 120 mile Tour du Mont Blanc as well as the Alta Via 2 in the Italian dolomites (yes, those little white dogs are TOUGH). Whether summiting Mount Whitney (on a 1-day permit!), white water rafting the famous North Fork of the Salmon River, getting up close and personal on safari in Kruger National Park or planning a self-guided 15 day bike tour, KaLinn brings the same focus and determination as she does to a challenging real estate transaction for one of her agents and their clients.
