A third generation Westside Angeleno raised in the entertainment industry, Kaitlyn Benson's love of Los Angeles is accentuated by a myriad of insider knowledge acquired from 30 years of Los Angeles living. Having attended the prestigious John Thomas Dye and Marlborough schools, Kaitlyn and her family created deep roots within the LA community. Continuing her education at the elite preparatory boarding school, Loomis Chaffee in Connecticut, Kaitlyn gained insight into traditional East Coast sensibilities before returning to LA for university.

Kaitlyn loves Los Angeles’ unique ability to offer different lifestyles to suit individual needs. Having grown up in Bel Air with friends and family living in the Palisades, Brentwood, Hancock Park and Santa Monica, Kaitlyn is now experiencing and taking part in a New LA; fellow Angelenos are forging creative paths into areas like Venice, West Hollywood, Mar Vista, Downtown, Silverlake, and Los Feliz.

Kaitlyn’s passion for real estate is the result of a profound appreciation for some of the most beautiful and architecturally significant homes in the city. She is particularly drawn to the quality and timelessness of Old Hollywood greats such as Paul Williams, Gerard Colcord, and Wallace Neff. Starting her career on staff for a major real estate mogul, Kaitlyn was exposed to the finest homes and commercial properties in the United States, gaining a true understanding of modern luxury and how to meet and exceed the expectations of that clientele. Kaitlyn trained as an elite-level international gymnast where she developed an unwavering work ethic, competitive spirit, and the ability to perform in high pressure scenarios.
