Julie Martin's great strength as a REALTOR® comes from her ability to sponge up facts and data while simultaneously relating to the human part of the equation. Originally from North Carolina, she earned a bachelor's degree in business logistics from the University of Tennessee and got plenty of practice moving while working for Nabisco and Kraft Foods as a project manager before settling in Atlanta.

As a stay-at-home mom, she decided to get her real estate license when her youngest was in kindergarten. She knew she was good at moving, and living in different parts of the country had given her an appreciation not only for different styles of architecture but also for the way people live and utilize homes. She understands that a home is more than a house - it's about you, your needs and lifestyle and the needs of the people who live with you. Incredibly experienced and empathetic to the challenges of relocating to a new place, she is also a Certified Relocation Specialist with years of knowledge and insight to apply to your specific circumstances.

Professional, self-motivated and matter of fact, she treats clients and colleagues with respect and integrity. When you work with Julie, you instantly know that she doesn't see real estate as a sales job, and she's not in it just for the commission - her business is about relationships. She cares. She also has a special gift for facilitating unique transactions involving special circumstances, whether that's going through a divorce, a death in the family, caring for elderly parents or having a child with special needs.

An Atlanta resident for the past 17 years, Julie is knowledgeable about all aspects of Georgia real estate and is intimately familiar with the North Atlanta suburbs, especially Milton, Alpharetta, Cumming, Canton, Roswell and Johns Creek. Having experienced the frustration of working with an agent unfamiliar with the area where she was relocating, she believes that knowing the neighborhood is key to being able to meet a client's needs. Giving back to her community is a priority for Julie, and she is active and involved in the Birmingham United Methodist Church, Rescue Me Georgia and the North Fulton Community Charities. When she's not working with clients, you can find her spending time with her family, at the gym, walking her dog or baking.
