Julie Duncan has been a real estate agent for over 34 years. She is passionate about her work as a Realtor® and spends time educating herself in both self-directed and formal ways. The focus in her business is on communication, working with clients to support them in the transition that surrounds the home buying, or selling, process.
Julie has extensive experience helping sellers evaluate their downsizing options and prepare their property for sale. She has also developed a first-time buyer expertise through sales to the adult children of clients, as well as friends and colleagues of her three adult children Her goal is to maintain 75% of her business through referrals from satisfied customers. Julie strives to exceed client expectations in her work. Julie services Lexington, Bedford, Concord, Arlington, and surrounding communities.

Julie is an active community member. While living in Lexington, she spent six years serving on the Lexington Education Foundation Board, responsible for Educated Tastes, the largest fundraiser run by the board, and serving as Vice President, developing the long-term endowment program.
She has also volunteered with the Lexington Housing Partnership Committee and Emergency Housing Sub-committee of the Lexington Housing Assistance Board (LexHAB). She was also a consistent and active volunteer while her children were in the Lexington School System, serving on the PTA as Fundraising Coordinator and President.
