Julie Biniasz

Real Estate Professional

It was only natural that Julie Biniasz would transition from fashion design in the world of five-star retail into real estate representation. Earning a sterling reputation as one of the top brokers in the state of Washington, Julie's clients and peers regard her for her revere, enthusiasm for matching buyers and sellers, attunement to quality design, passion for gracious client care, strong negotiation skills and deep understanding of the local real estate market.

In 2005, Julie and her business partner Sandy Justen were invited to join the exclusive representation team at Fifteen Twenty-One Second Avenue, one of the most respected residential developments in downtown Seattle. Two years later, they became founding members of the Realogics Sotheby's International Realty Seattle flagship office. Since then, they have established themselves as a top-producing team—ranked first in the firm in 2017—with the highest average price points, exemplified by nearly $400M in sales volume. They have also received accolades from the Wall Street Journal, as a top team on the 2015 REAL Trends 'The Thousand' and on a list of the top one-percent of brokers around the world. In 2020, they were recognized among a select group of long-standing real estate brokers with RSIR for their ongoing contributions to the brand.

Though Julie and Sandy's residential real estate focus lies primarily in downtown Seattle, their expertise stretches to the Eastside and other coveted enclaves around the Puget Sound. They offer their discerning clients an exhaustive understanding of condominium residences with a breadth of experience that extends to a range of property types including destination and world class retreats, large estates, in-city bungalows and beyond.

Julie currently lives a stone's throw from Pike Place Market with her husband, architect Blaine Weber. Her passions include world travel, tending to her terrace garden, bee-keeping, helping replenish salmon back into Hood Canal, and touring on her custom-built Davidson bicycle (which she once used to navigate Alp d'Huez's hairpin turns in advance of Lance Armstrong's time trials). Julie holds a degree from the University of Delaware and was a student at the Paris-American Academy of Design prior to being recruited by Nordstrom for design. She is also a member of the Salmon Restoration Project and the Seattle Art Museum Supporters.
