Julie has been helping her clients buy and sell all types of real estate in the Texas Hill Country area for the past eighteen years, watching the area grow and expand yet keeping its unique culture. As an award-winning Broker Associate, Julie has been recognized for excellent client service seven years in a row through the Five Star Award, as seen in Texas Monthly and Forbes. She has also been a recipient of the Platinum Top 50 award, recognizing agents for their community service outreach. Julie was recognized by the Texas Realtors Association during the 100 Year Texas Realtor Anniversary as an Acts of Kindness award recipient for her volunteer time in the community.

Julie attributes her success to her enjoyment of helping her clients achieve their goals through real estate. Whether it is finding the perfect home to fit their lifestyle, selling a home they have loved and created memories in to move onto a new chapter in their lives, investing their money in a real estate portfolio, or interested in ranch land, Julie can help with all types of real estate needs.

Julie has also enjoyed working with developers and builders on residential neighborhood projects, enhancing inner city redevelopment. As well, Julie has been a representative of multiple large commercial sales in San Antonio's downtown area, attributing to the revitalization of the inner city.

Julie is a graduate of Texas State University, where she still volunteers today, advising collegiate women in the Alpha Delta Pi sorority and serving on the Epsilon Zeta House Corporation board. She serves her community on the Planning and Zoning Committee for the City of Blanco, and is involved in multiple other volunteer activities and groups around her community. In her spare time, she loves hunting and relaxing with her husband at the family ranch, running half marathons and cooking for her family.
