Julee is a native of Colorado and has been in the real estate industry since 1997. She enjoys working with both buyers and sellers to help them move into the next phase of their life. She also has extensive experience in land development, new construction, resales, and resort sales. Julee feels that buying or selling a home is one of the most important financial decisions a person will make in their lifetime. By just simply listening to the wants and needs of customers has allowed Julee to not only meet her client's needs but she has also gained many new friendships along the way. Her upbeat personality, respect for her clients, and communication skills has allowed her to provide excellent customer service to her clients over the years.

She enjoys playing golf, boating, visiting the beach, and spending time with her family. Julee is a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), a member of The Durango Association of Realtors®, Colorado Association of Realtors® and is continuing education for a Colorado Real Estate Specialist (CRS) designation.
