Juan’s South Florida roots run deep. A graduate of Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, Juan briefly served in the Armed Forces before finding work in the restaurant business.

He eventually become a highly recognized and much in demand personal trainer at Boca’s St. Andrews Country Club. For 19 years, he coordinated the PT program where his dedication and concern for the physical and emotional welfare of members earned him the mutual respect and admiration of both his peers, clients at the club, and throughout the area.

During this time, Juan spent countless hours at home, “thinking outside the box”- creating and devising strategies to bring new and innovative projects and products to market.

Never accepting failure as an option, Juan would become interested in the challenges inherent in becoming a successful Real Estate agent. He would earn a Florida Sales Associate License and join the Signature team in 2016.

Inspired to gain additional insight and business knowledge, Juan would be awarded the prestigious SRS (Seller Representation Specialist) designation, the SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification) and the RENE designation (Real Estate Negotiation Expert).

Today, Juan has become an agent of choice among the many South Florida buyers, sellers, and investors who look to connect with an agent with an outstanding work ethic who exemplifies the highest professional industry standards.
