Joy Pursell is a residential real estate broker who services the entire Denver metro area working in all price points. Joy has over 12 years of real estate sales experience including in commercial as well as residential real estate. Her diverse experience allows her to work well with everyone from first time home buyers to experienced investors. Joy has a degree in Psychology from The University of Colorado which comes in very handy when dealing with the many different personalities her career brings. She understands that, for most people, buying and selling real estate can be a stressful an emotional process involving their largest financial investment. That’s where Joy and her team come in. Joy sees her role as a partner and advisor throughout the process. She will be your real estate consultant and resource for life. Joy’s clients come back to her repeatedly as they know she will be able to expertly guide them through the process of everything from buying a bigger home for their growing family to downsizing due to divorce or other unforeseen unfortunate circumstances to moving to a different location due to a job transfer. In her free time Joy stays busy with her three young children, two teenage stepchildren, and loving husband. Together they enjoy exploring all of the culture and yummy food Denver has to offer as well as getting to the mountains as much as possible.
