Currently, I am a real estate advisor managing receiverships in OR and WA and providing limited brokerage services. I have 30 plus years’ experience acquiring, developing, investing, and operating real estate across five Western U.S. States. Prior to founding J. Fanelli Properties, I held C-level and key senior executive positions with national and regional real estate investment, development, and institutional investment companies overseeing operations, acquisitions, development, investment origination, and asset management. In addition, I served in an advisory capacity and as court-appointed receiver managing workouts and receiverships and repositioning troubled real estate assets. Over the course of my career, I have developed, financed, and/or transacted nearly $1 billion worth in real estate. B.S. in Economics from Santa Clara University and licensed real estate broker in the states of Oregon and Washington.
