Jorge grew up in Uruguay and moved to the Jersey Shore at the age of 22 to begin a new life. Ready to embrace the opportunities in the U.S., he quickly learned English and put himself through college where he studied computer science and electrical engineering. He began working in the construction field acquiring lots of knowledge in the building of home-building. Soon he became a licensed electrician and began his own home-improvement business. Jorge loves helping people so in 2001, he became an Emergency Medical Technician taking care of those in crisis. Although he was very successful in his electrical career, he was interested in getting his real estate license and began his career in real estate working for Century 21 and Weichert in New Jersey. Jorge and his wife love to travel and after visiting many islands, they discovered St. Croix in 2007. Drawn to the island for its friendly people, relaxed lifestyle, beautiful beaches and diverse landscapes, diving and wonderful weather, they decided to buy a home and relocate after several trips exploring the island. Jorge, his wife and two dogs have quickly settled into island life. His love of St. Croix, knowledge of the island and direct experience with relocating and real estate, helps his clients find the ideal home to fulfill their own dreams.
