Joe Kirk is a real estate broker licensed in the state of Oregon since 2013. Joe can help you, the first time buyer/seller, the experienced home buyer/seller negotiate the niche market that is the Oregon coast. Joe specializes in personal service to each and every one of his clients who hopefully, become friends. Before moving to Oregon, Joe worked as a detective for the sheriff's department in Los Angeles for thirty years. Prior to that Joe was in the U.S. Navy for four years. Upon separation from the navy , earned an associates degree in business administration from Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, CA. Joe attended California State University in Fullerton, CA for a year until joining the sheriff's department. In the circle of life, before everything Joe experienced above, he attended the Lumbleau school of real estate in Santa Ana, Ca where he was to take the state real estate exam in 1971. Life happened and Joe was drafted into the military shortly thereafter. Joe always had the thought of working in real estate since that time in 1971. That passion persists until this day. Joe enjoys being with family, children, grand children (5) and numerous friends made over a lifetime. Joe loves the outdoors and travel with his wife, Jo Ann.
