Joanna Terrones is a native of Poland and moved to the United States in 2002. She immediately fell in love with Loudoun County, calling it her 'favorite place' and has made Leesburg, Virginia her second home for the past 18 years. With determination and hard work, she was able to purchase her first home within 3 years of arriving in the US. Her interest in real estate began immediately upon purchasing that first home and she has since bought and sold several properties.
For fifteen years her dream has been to become a Realtor but as the busy co-owner of a successful small business she placed the idea on hold. Finally in 2020, Joanna decided it was time to put her passion for homes and design to work. She fulfilled her dream by successfully completing coursework and passing the Virginia Real Estate Salesperson Exam on her first attempt.
Joanna has an extraordinary work ethic, possesses natural charisma, and has a passion for business. Her clients are drawn to her focus, motivation, positive attitude, and magnetic personality. Within her first weekend as a Realtor, Joanna successfully ratified two contracts on behalf of her buyer clients. Joanna graduated with honors from the University of Szczecin, Poland with a dual degree in finance and accounting, and also holds a masters degree in childhood development.

Joanna is fluent in English, Polish, and is conversationally fluent in Spanish and Russian. When she is not working, Joanna spends time with her loving husband, Paul, and their two Dachshund puppies - Denis and Polka. Joanna and Paul often spend time in downtown Leesburg and outdoors at many of Loudoun's beautiful wineries and breweries. Joanna's reputation as a qualified and quality Realtor is quickly on the rise.
