Jim Longan knows the meaning behind a home and he has deep roots in the Tri-Cities and construction industry that give him a unique perspective on what goes into the buyers and sellers journey.  

It is true what they say you can build a house but to truly make it a home - it takes finding the perfect fit. Jim values finding his clients a home that fits their needs and lifestyle…making it a place for people to gather, to share life’s most precious moments and to build memories with family and friends.   

Using his strong communication skills Jim knows the questions to ask to find out what the wants and needs of his clients are. Being able to walk clients through the process of buying/selling a home is much more than a transaction and he truly understands that.  Jim brings 40 years of experience in construction management to his real estate career, with 20 of those years being spent here in our local Tri-Cities area. This lends him a unique set of skills that can see the bigger picture, from planning and design to the actual supervising and implementation of any given project.  

He has been married to his wife for 44 years and they have two sons, and two grandsons. He knows what a special place the Tri-Cities is for raising a family, building memories, and enjoying the home of your dreams no matter what stage of life you find yourself in.
