Jim has been a real estate broker and auctioneer for over 40 years, and specializes in unique residential property, farm, land and commercial property.
He holds the Accredited Buyer Representative and Graduate of REALTOR designations. He is a graduate of the Missouri Auction School, and has sold commercial and residential properties at auction.
He is a U.S Navy veteran, and former real estate instructor for the University of Nevada TMCC.
He has owned real estate companies in Nevada, Kansas , and Virginia.
Jim lives in Southwest Virginia near Narrows, and provides real estate services to most of the state, depending on the type of real estate. He holds a commercial drone pilot license so he can provide aerial photos of real estate.
Jim loves to fly fish for trout, and he is a gourmet cook. He loves to sail on the Chesapeake Bay , and has spent several years ocean sailing.
