Jill was a major acquisition due to her commitment to client satisfaction, natural intensity and standing as a top sales agent in the region. Jill was recently recognized in early 2017 by the Real Deal South Florida and ranked as one of Miami’s Top 30. Miami Agent Magazine also recognized Jill as “Who’s Who in Miami Residential Real Estate” in 2017. She was a finalist in the Residential Agent category for the Real Estate Summit and R.E.A.L. (Real Estate Achievers and Leaders) Awards. Additionally, she earns a spot on the exclusive “Best of Zillow” list due to her strong sales performance which places her at the top 1% of all agents on the platform. It also attracted partnerships with major developers and renowned architects.

Prior to her tenure with ONE, Jill was awarded the prestigious Coldwell Banker “International President’s Circle” which put Jill in the top 2% of Coldwell Banker’s national network of over 40,000 sales agents for 10 years of consistent performance. Jill is a longtime resident of Coconut Grove where her four children attend schools from preschool on high school. Recognized as a community leader, Jill is a member of the Coconut Grove Chamber of Commerce and a fellow at The Kampong in Coconut Grove where she serves on the annual Bali Ha’i Event Committee. She is an avid supporter of The Villagers Incorporated in Coconut Grove which works to preserve historic properties.
