Dedicated to the integrity of the real estate industry, Jill also is a respected expert who has served on the Board of Directors of Florida Realtors (state level) and with the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors (which became Realtors of the Palm Beaches and Greater Fort Lauderdale during her time on the Board). She worked with several high ranking committees and personally met with the legislators in Tallahassee and Washington, D.C. to advocate for the preservation of property and homeownership rights. A resident of South Florida since 1978, Jill has a natural passion for the water and is an avid boater. Well versed in South Florida's numerous waterfront living options, Jill offers clients a wealth of inside knowledge, from identifying boater's needs and nuances that inherently come with a waterfront property, to recognizing what each waterway can accommodate in regard to the customer's vessel and the benefits of the various types of waterfront properties available throughout South Florida. With a genuine passion for real estate, her work ethic and diligence are evident by how she treats every client. Jill is a published real estate author and has been recognized with several high profile industry awards for her consistent superior level of performance and quality of service. Outside of work, Jill is extremely philanthropic. She has volunteered with various non-profits but one charity in particular is near and dear to her heart, the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern Florida, which she's been involved with for more than 20 years. Battling cancer as a young teenager, Jill's wish was granted in 1992. That experience impacted her life in immeasurable ways and ever since she has dedicated her volunteer and philanthropic initiatives to giving back to the organization that was that shining light during a very challenging time in her young life as a wish granter, speaker, fundraiser and in 2012 she became the first wish child to be on the Board of Directors. Few of Jill's many awards include: 100 Outstanding Women of Broward County Honoree, 2016; Humanitarian of the Year Award Recipient, 2013 (Florida Realtors); Humanitarian of the Year Award Recipient, 2012 (Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors); Ambassador of the Year Award Recipient, 2013 (Make-A-Wish of Southern Florida).
