Jill Castle has called the Carolinas home for more than 30 years. Having a passion for homes and design, she became a real estate professional over two decades ago, starting her own boutique firm and quickly becoming a top producer. After three years as a sales associate/broker with Premier Sotheby's International Realty, in 2016 Jill accepted the role of managing broker of the Charlotte office.

Her passion for the company, her colleagues and real estate is unmatched. Jill's expertise on the industry and laws in both North and South Carolina allow her to provide her associates with guidance, all the while fostering a collaborative office environment.

Jill's appreciation of diversity and other cultures, as well as her genuine interest in people, has continued to serve her well in her role as a real estate professional. 'It's a business of building trusting relationships,' Jill says. 'We are people guiding people throughout the process and providing incredible value along the way.'

On a personal note, Jill enjoys traveling near and far. From the beaches to the mountains and everything in between, she enjoys being outdoors, especially with her husband and beloved children and grandchildren.
