Originally from Oregon, Jenniffer earned her OR real estate license in 1996. After working several years as an independent agent for a large real estate company, she joined a Portland-based team, which specialized in selling lake front homes. Her team was recognized for several years as the #1 Team in the Portland Metropolitan area. Ulrich eventually made her way to Seattle, WA where she got her WA real estate license and helped customers buy and sell homes in the Bellevue area. Once again, she worked with a highly successful team and received numerous accolades for her service.

Prior to selling real estate, Jenniffer worked in the healthcare field for 13 years and spent nearly 7 years at Nordstrom. She shares with an open heart that the success she has experienced is a direct result of her motivation, her commitment, her knowledge of real estate, her hard work ethic, her belief in team work, and a genuine and sincere love for people. She has a big heart and gracious attitude, and strives each and every day to go above and beyond to assist her clients with their real estate needs.

Jenniffer currently lives in the Rancho Bernardo/Poway area and has two daughters who attends ASU abroad and the other goes to Poway High School. In her free . she loves to entertain and cook, as well as hike the trails of San Diego, golf, play pickleball and go jeeping. She also likes to listen to music, head to the beach, and spend time with family and friends.
