For the past decade, Jennifer Irwin has been managing Sotheby's International Realty affiliate offices throughout the Colorado mountain resort towns from Breckenridge to Vail to Snowmass Village and Aspen. She brings with her nearly 15 years of real estate experience and dedication to extraordinary customer service. Since joining Aspen Snowmass Sotheby's International Realty in 2016, she has helped expand the company by recruiting new talent and building a culture of sharing and celebrating each other's success. Her enthusiasm for the Sotheby's International Realty brand is conveyed through her Sales Performance Coaching program offered to the Brokers at Aspen Snowmass and Roaring Fork Sotheby's International Realty. As the top real estate firm in the Roaring Fork Valley, we produce nearly double the sales volume of our next competitor with 190+ Brokers in 10 offices. In addition to coaching and training the sales team, her other passion is helping to connect people. This passion creates a natural position for her to support the team in their incoming and outgoing referrals for the company.
In her free time, you can often find her cheering on her coach husband and son at a local football game, or watching her daughter play volleyball. She loves skiing, reading, gardening, and going to concerts. She enjoys being an active member in the community volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, the business chamber and local board of Realtors. With a blended family of five kids and her two rough collies, life stays busy!
