While attending the University of North Carolina Asheville for her undergraduate degree, Jennifer fell in love with the city's small-town feel, and that passion inspired her to want to help others make this beautiful area home. Together with her husband, George, and their son, Luke, Jennifer enjoys all that the diverse mountain community offers, including hiking, camping, whitewater rafting and the artistic culture scene. “I see myself as a steward of Western North Carolina,” she says. “With each decision to buy or sell, our area is shaped and molded into something greater. After partnering with fellow Premier Sotheby's International Realty associate Cain Cox to create Asheville‘s Home Team, Jennifer helped push her real estate team into top-producing status. She consistently obtains an average of 98% asking price for her sellers, and attributes this statistic to her right-pricing approach and experience as an accredited home stager. Her business is based on more than 80% referrals from satisfied clients.
