He sold the first units in the finest Wilshire condo development, Beverly West from $3.5M - $22M with one $5M sale in 2010 which was the highest sale (for a home or condo) in the Westwood Century City area at the time. He has sold and leased more units at 818 Doheny Drive (approximately 50 units) than any other agent in Los Angeles. He has also represented and sold the new development, Legendary Century City, priced from $700,000 - $1.5M; The Hollywood, priced from $700,000 - $1.M; and has represented sellers and buyers in Sierra Towers, Empire West, Shoreham Tower, Fountainview, Park Wellington, Westview Towers, Azzurra, Franklin Towers, Hollywood Versailles, The W Hollywood, and many more condo buildings throughout LA.
