Born in Chicago, Jeff moved to Indy at an early age and made it his lifelong home. Jeff attended Scecina Memorial High School and Benedictine College. He has consistently been among the area’s top real estate agents. Jeff is enthusiastic, motivated, persistent and creative in all areas of his life. His positive energy keeps things moving forward, and his attitude of gratitude is contagious. His priorities in life begin with his family and faith and grow from there. Jeff is married to Patti, has five kids and two grandkids. After his family his greatest loves are, lake life in Michigan, Indiana Pacers basketball, golf and traveling.

Jeff started his real estate career in New home sales, as an onsite sales representative. There he was able to combine his love of real estate and his passion for new home design and building. In a short time, Jeff had designed and sold over 350 new custom homes, and managed a real estate office expansion to the northern suburbs of Indianapolis. He shared his love of new homes in a series of New Home Seminars, which were widely popular and successful. From these seminars came Jeff’s Dream E-Book, which we share as a download on our site. Our Dream E Book covers every facet of the building process.

Jeff has developed an excellent combination of local expertise and global connections, helping him achieve over 600 Million in career sales. Being affiliated with Sotheby’s International Realty has opened the World to our local Sellers and Buyers. Jeff’s clients rely on his sharp communication & negotiation skills, as well as his in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry. Jeff is loyal, professional and prides himself on placing his clients above any personal gains. He has an astute understanding of the real estate process and his level of expertise is second to none.

Jeff was recruited by Encore Sotheby’s International Realty in 2011 as a Founding Associate and Sales Manager. He showed an innate ability to lead both agents and his valued clientele to their desired goals. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Indiana and Michigan. Jeff has successfully negotiated hundreds of transactions, and has the passion and energy to negotiate hundreds more.
