Jay Westerlund is a global real estate advisor who brings the same integrity, dedication, and focus to his real estate customers that he honed in the golf world. A licensed broker, Jay has closed on over $100 million in sales since 2020. He was also named to the top 1.5% of REALTORS® in America by REAL Trends in 2020. His mission is to ensure that selling and buying transactions are successful and trouble-free for each customer. In 2019, he partnered with Ryan Batey to create the Batey Westerlund Team at Premier Sotheby's International Realty in Naples.

The Batey Westerlund Team closed over 189 transactions and surpassed $160 million in sales since 2021. The team connected 68 cities from 29 states to Southwest Florida since 2021.

Jay's intimate knowledge of the Southwest Florida golf market is unrivaled. He worked in the golf industry in many capacities, most recently as the director of golf and membership at the Club at Renaissance in Fort Myers. A former PGA member, Jay combines his love of golf with his desire to help people find the perfect home on the perfect golf course.

Jay grew up in Indiana playing golf at a small municipal course. Jay earned a scholarship to play at the University of California, Davis, where he earned a bachelor's degree in communication and was recognized as an All-American and was inducted into the UC Davis Golf Hall of Fame.

Jay and his wife, Nicole, have three daughters and a son, Grace, Ruth, Elizabeth and Noah, and the family resides in Bonita Springs. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, watching the Minnesota Vikings and traveling to visit friends and family in Indiana.
