James is an easy going New York City real estate broker with an incredible depth of experience in the real estate industry. With over a decade in the real estate industry, James has sold and rented apartments all over Manhattan, Brooklyn and the Bronx, from landmark Harlem townhouses to condos at Richard Meier's 1 Grand Army Plaza on Prospect Park. He has also marketed and sold a number of units for the developer at the Solaria, Riverdale's only full-service glass condominium overlooking the Hudson River. 'I go where my clients need me and am accessible at all times,' says James, many say is way too nice to be a real estate agent; but it's always the quiet ones to watch out for! James always gets the deal done and makes clients exceedingly happy with the level of service and results he provides. Originally from Clinton, NJ, James holds a BA in Marketing and Business. He has lived in Harlem and Manhattan since 2005 and enjoys spending time at his family's beach home on the North Carolina coastline outside Morehead City NC.
