Hilliary has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2017 and has over 15 years of experience as a private residential real estate investor.

Transitioning from investments to sales was a natural evolution for Hilliary. She's been both the buyer and the seller on many transactions, including a multimillion-dollar turnkey development. She is able to leverage her knowledge and experience of the market, home staging and construction to the advantage of her clients. Hilliary's pragmatic approach ensures her clients are guided through transparent real estate transactions from the first point of contact through post-closing procedures. Hilliary is focused on her clients' best interests while navigating complex contract negotiations.

Hilliary has an in-depth knowledge of real estate, as her family has been involved in residential and commercial property development for several generations in the United States, France and Switzerland. Hilliary developed her love and knowledge of architecture while living in London, Paris and Geneva and visiting the chateaus, basilicas and UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Hilliary pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of California Los Angeles. She is fluent in English and French and has an appreciation for international cultures and understands the nuances of an international clientele.
