Her knowledge of brokerage management, agent services, market analysis, contract negotiations, property valuation, mediation and current technology, paired with her complex problem solving skills, provide both the agents and clients in the Bay Area with the ability to optimize the listing and selling process. Heidi currently manages over 400 agents, 50 staff and $3 billion in sales volume.

Heidi has personal experience in real estate investment and property management as well as professional experience in real estate, having worked as the COO of Decker Bullock Sotheby's International Realty, Vice President and Sales Manager of McGuire Marin and as a Salesperson for Prudential California Realty .

In addition, Heidi has worked as a business development consultant, specializing in strategic planning and marketing. She developed an award-winning marketing plan, which resulted in the financing of a new hotel, and has management experience in hospitality. Heidi was a founding and re-elected board member of a regional tourism association and chamber of commerce.

Heidi received Associate in Arts degrees in both Natural Science and Behavioral Science. She completed her undergraduate work in Business Administration and Psychology at Dominican University in San Rafael, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and a member of both the Psi Chi National Honor Society in Psychology and Gamma Sigma Honor Society. Heidi is a graduate of San Francisco State University where she earned a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing. She is currently a member of Mensa.

Heidi lives with her family in Marin where she enjoys reading, art, and architecture and travel.
