Gretchen Clark

Real Estate Professional

Who better to assist you in buying, selling, or building luxury property in Oklahoma than Gretchen Leigh Clark? After years of experience as a high-end interior designer, it was a logical transition to grow her brand by offering real estate services to discerning clients. With a comprehensive understanding of both interior design and the luxury property market, she can give your property that extra appeal to attract the perfect buyer for top dollar. Her keen eye for style and attention to detail allow her to advise buyers and investors on the potential of any property. And she has built a trusted team of industry partners to maximize your investment by preparing your property for listing, living, or flipping. Gretchen’s love of art, architecture, design, and travel have influenced her professional path, including a natural partnership with the rich history of the Sotheby’s brand. Her background includes earning a Bachelor’s in Interior Design, with Minors in Art History and French, from the University of Oklahoma and the distinction of studying abroad at the famed Parsons Paris. After graduation, she lived for a year in Singapore before moving to Dallas to begin her interior design and photo styling career collaborating with such clients as Neiman Marcus, Horchow, Traditional Home Magazine, and Veranda Magazine. Meanwhile, she accepted a dream job working under renowned designer Jan Showers where she learned to work with clients and tradespeople in the very highest level of luxury living. In 2009 she launched Gretchen Clark Interiors, specializing in neoclassical interior design for historic and high-end homes in Dallas and Oklahoma. Gretchen resides in Norman with her husband, Patrick, and their two children, Preston and Chloe. Together they own Sooner Valet, and their family proudly supports their community and many local organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma, The Virtue Center, Oklahoma Hall of Fame Gaylord Pickens Museum, OKC Museum of Art, Oklahoma Contemporary, Young Life, Friends to International Students, Citizens Caring for Children, and the University of Oklahoma. She is also a contributor for 405 Home Magazine. Gretchen values strong collaboration and communication with her clients and looks forward to the opportunity to discuss your real estate needs.
