In 2016, Gregg represented the sellers of 2600 Jackson in Pacific Heights, an unrenovated circa 1890 mansion fronting Alta Plaza Park, closing at $11,000,000, 39% above offering price and recognized in the media as the nation’s fifth highest property overbid.

Taking a leadership role in his neighborhood, Gregg is fundraising $25,000,000 to endow the new four-acre Francisco Park on Russian Hill. And as the producer of an annual event attended by 1,000+, Gregg’s “Toys for Tots San Francisco” has since 2004 gifted more than 15,000 toys to more than 25 Bay Area organizations serving underprivileged children who otherwise may not receive a gift during the holidays.
