Mr. Glen Desmier has been in the Real estate business for 6 years as a hands-on Property Manager and Real Estate investor. He is a people person and likes helping people realize their home ownership dreams. He enjoys sharing his experiences and helping people realize the many benefits of home and rental property ownership. He enjoys sharing his lessons learned in the process, to help new homeowners and investors benefit from his experiences. He loves remodeling homes and also likes to travel. He is also a home based travel professional and sells leisure travel to many happy clients. He is also a Product Manager at INDUCTOHEAT INC. He received his Additive Manufacturing from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, B.S. degree in ME from India, and his Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio University, Athens, Ohio. He is a Certified CSWP, CSWA-AM, PMP, AM-MIT. His concentration is Additive Manufacturing, Product standardization and development, 3-D CAD of electro-mechanical systems and Tooling design and assists in implementing new technology. Among his credits are 4 patents, 10 engineering publications and awards from Boeing and State level awards for undergraduate projects. He is also a public speaker and trainer, and has presented in many national and International world conferences. As a Project Management Professional ( PMP) and extensive experience, he has developed soft skills needed to work with a variety of situations and Personnel, to engage in successful negotiations and get results.
