Gina Michal’s goal is to remove the fear and uncertainty from the home-buying process to ensure that her clients find their dream home and understand how the process works.
Gina’s ability to assess the market analytically and see market trends stems from a successful 10-year career on Wall Street where she dealt with finance and customer service for both high-net-worth and institutional clients. This career path positions her uniquely, as her clients benefit from her knowledge and vision.
But calling Gina just a real estate salesperson would do her no justice at all--she is a client's partner, before, during, and after the sale. Her solutions-driven approach to finding and buying a home for her clients helps them bypass all obstacles.
As a local mom, Gina is entrenched in the community and becomes a partner and go-to resource to her clients long after the sale has been completed.
A life-long Jersey girl, Gina was born and raised in Essex County, went to college at Montclair State, and lived in South Orange before she moved to New Providence to raise her family. She is an active volunteer with the New Providence Educational Foundation, and gala committees for The Connection for Women and Families and Summit Area YMCA.
When she is not closing home sales, Gina can be found in the kitchen, dreaming up recipes to use up the 50-lb bag of flour and a 30-lb bag of chocolate chips she bought during the pandemic. She enjoys going on hikes with her husband, her three young sons, and her beautiful black lab.
