A third generation Greenwich resident, raised in Hawaii, Garrison Gunter has been around architects and designers from the time he could walk. He has lived in a world of thoughtful and functional design, always eager to take on the challenges a home presents to new owners.

Garrison has collaborated with architects and designers on a multitude of residential construction and renovation projects for both his clients’ homes and his own. Having spent the last two decades specializing in commercial and residential technology integrations with a client first approach, he endeavors to solve problems by respecting a homes’ architectural features while allowing for today’s modern needs.

Garrison attended Greenwich High School and studied photography at the California Institute of the Arts (CalArts). As a young photographer, he immersed himself in the community here in Greenwich, photographing stories for Greenwich Magazine. In conjunction with Moffly Media, he helped raise awareness about Kids in Crisis, a nonprofit organization, through his photography in the surrounding boroughs of Manhattan.

Garrison brings decades of construction and design experience to The Select Client Team with a focus on smart home integration, including control systems, sound design, and wireless networking. His unique vision and real estate acumen combined with Sotheby’s International Realty makes for a perfect combination.

He has traveled the world extensively and uses his broad range of experience and resources to provide thoroughness, consistency, and insightful guidance to investors, buyers, and sellers. Garrison’s experience as an investor in Connecticut real estate spans almost 25 years and allows him to expertly maneuver the twists and turns of Connecticut real estate. Garrison currently lives with his wife, two kids, and bernedoodle in mid-country Greenwich and enjoys cooking, mixology, and exploring the shores of Tod’s Point with his kids.
