Growing up on the outskirts of Columbus, Ohio in Grove City, Frank Parrish is no stranger to hard work. To make his way through Miami University, he was a server in fine dining establishments and bartended. This allowed him to create relationships and the skills to serve others while providing outstanding customer service. The dedication and desire it took for him to achieve an education gave him a strong work ethic and a foundation to contribute to others.


With a degree in speech communication and interpersonal/relational & marketing concentrations he started his career in real estate by assisting a top real estate developer. Having already been familiar with DC, he officially made the move in 2015 having been recruited to assist Mei Mei Venniers of EastBanc. Her guidance and mentorship inspired him to branch out and pursue a career where he truly felt as though the work he was doing mattered.


Frank brings his exceptional interpersonal skills, creativity and passion for real estate to TTR Sotheby’s International Realty. Having worked in several facets of the service industry, including retail, restaurants, and fitness, he knows how to give white glove service and lead with his heart in everything he does.


With over a decade of hospitality under his belt, Frank’s feckful communication style allows him to dig deeper to identify his client's goals and priorities. Frank is humbled by the opportunity to help existing and new residents of the DMV find their next milestone. His innate intuitive nature helps buyers maneuver through the intricate layers of the buying process in an ever-evolving market.


Frank is involved with the coordination and execution of the annual Studs and Suds Carwash and a holiday variety show benefiting CASA DC (Court Appointed Special Advocates) for youth in the foster care and juvenile justice system. Growing up with foster children in his home, they became his extended family and contributed to his humbled upbringing. Being involved with a strong organization, he can make sure all of his foster siblings' names live strong in his heart and for all the other foster children who need a little extra support.


Outside of real estate, Frank’s passion for fitness and food comes together as a regular host for friends, neighbors and new acquittances for “Taco Tuesday’s” and frozen margarita’s at his home. His love for baking and trying new recipes for his partner and friends keeps him busy in the kitchen. As a fitness enthusiast, he enjoys rock climbing, hiking, surfing, CrossFit and recently kiteboarding. Finding the unique and off the grid destinations has become a hobby as he travels around the world. The true light of his life is his sheepadoodle puppy, Daphne.
