Francesca Marinelli Halpryn, 47, Real Estate Agent since 2004, specializing in the residential real estate sector in the following Florida cities: Miami Beach, South Beach, Aventura, Sunny Isles, and Bal Harbour; from simple apartments to luxury waterfront residences and condominiums. I was born in Italy, raised in Switzerland and settled in Miami, Florida twenty five (25) years ago. I maintain dual-citizenships; Italy and United States. I am multilingual; fluently speaking French, Italian and English. In order to be readily available to all of my clients, I divide my time between Miami and Monaco. From Miami, I am able to attend to clients who reside in New York, Washington, Boston, and various other states in the U.S. From Monaco, I am able to attend to clients who reside in Italy, France, Switzerland, Belgium, Scandinavia, etc. I believe that my European nationality, background and the time I have spent in the United States, allows me the ease of understanding the different cultures, high expectations and demands of real estate clients, whether located in the U.S. or abroad. I also feel that my years experience and the ability to listen and be responsive to the needs of real estate clients, allows me the ease of locating a desired property in a manner that is quick and satisfactory to the client.
