Fran has lived in Rosedale since the 1970’s and as such, has written a series of short stories and local lore called “Rosedale Carries On”. She is an expert on Toronto’s finest neighbourhoods. In her spare time, Fran has actively worked in the local community and with a number of charities, including counseling services for prisoners, the poor and needy, and is always involved with various fundraisers. She is passionate about gardening, swimming, cycling, rubber and duplicate bridge, travelling, and reading. She adores her four little grandsons. Since 1987, Fran has provided the highest level of real estate service to local and international home buyers and sellers, with a curated focus on architecturally significant and premier homes in the prestigious neighbourhoods of central Toronto. Fran’s résumé is extraordinary. She has skated with the Ice Capades and at New York’s Roxy Theater, worked as a model and as a stage, film and TV performer, hosted three radio shows and has also been an advertising copywriter. During her time in advertising, she won top honour at a dinner sponsored by The Women’s Club of Toronto. Fran has taken extensive negotiation and computer courses and has consistently stayed ahead of new technologies. Her sensitivity to the needs of buyers and sellers alike has established her as one of the area’s leading lights.
