I have been helping buyers and sellers on the Outer and Lower Cape realize their Real Estate dreams for the past 26 years. My experience brings a solid knowledge of the real estate industry and includes, planning, marketing and sales of a 48 home subdivision.

I'm a full-time Realtor, I truly enjoy my work and feel very fortunate to be able to live and work on beautiful Cape Cod. I live in Wellfleet and with my husband and miniature Schnauzer Elsa, In my free time, I love long walks on the beach, sailing, travel, music, and art. Eva holds the Certified Residential Specialist Designation, this is the symbol of excellence in residential real estate. Less than 4 percent of REALTORS have completed the advanced training and completed the transaction requirementsneeded to earn the CRS designation. Eva is a board member at Wellfleet Preservation hall an Art, Culture, and Community center with over 600 events yearly.
