Real estate wasn't the big industry in the 1970s and 1980s that it is today, but my involvement and my approach hasn't changed since I began, 37 years ago. I work diligently, efficiently, and knowledgeably to help buyers and sellers come together. I know the ins and outs of the area and will help guide and advise you with the best possible choices. I am connected and will help you through the twists and turns of the process of choosing your next piece of real estate. Be it searching for property, or looking for the right restaurant, shop, hiking trail, I am your source for getting the job done. Real estate is not a hobby, but my life. I came to Aspen in 1972, and I've never thought of leaving. As an avid sailor and ocean racer from the East Coast, it was a bold change, but you know when you've found your home. Since my arrival, I've watched a small ski community evolve into the one it is today - world-class in every category, with unwavering community pride. I had the very good fortune to meet my wife Nancy in Aspen. We were married in 1976 at the Aspen Chapel - still one of the most beautiful spots in town. I then watched my family grow alongside the town I loved. Along the way, I pursued a business career by day and spent many nights on the ice as a volunteer coach and mentor. In both, some seasons were good and some were great. Can you ever really have a losing season when it's spent in Aspen? My approach is simple - and successful. I share my enthusiasm with my clients. I focus squarely on their needs. And I take great joy in helping them find their own place in this magnificent town. Welcome to my home.

Evan furthered his real estate education and earned the credentials of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Master of Real Estate (MRE) and Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). He has held the title of both President and Realtor of the Year for the Aspen Board of Realtors, Dean of the Colorado Realtor Institute, Vice President.
