She has successfully completed the record-setting sales of some of New York's most expensive properties. Possessing a unique ability to evaluate and achieve maximum market prices, she regularly obtains the highest prices for apartments in many of New York's finest buildings. In 2011, her $31,000,000 sale of an East 70th Street townhouse was among the top five residential sales in that year.

Eva's well-known sales include the sale of a Park Avenue apartment for $14,000,000, which she resold only two years later for $28,000,000. She is also known to obtain the best value in acquisitions on behalf of her buyers. An apartment purchased for $30,000,000 has since more than doubled in value.

Mrs. Mohr's clientele includes affluent families based locally, nationally and throughout the world. She is highly regarded for her discretion by her celebrity clients, both within the entertainment industry and the financial community. A consumate professional, she is known to be a closer of deals. She has also successfully handled real estate referral needs for her clients in other regions, including the Hamptons, Connecticut and California.

On a personal level, Eva resides with her husband on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. She has actively supported and served on numerous committees of a variety of charitable organizations. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, she was a successful interior designer. Her knowledge of interior design has been invaluable in advising her clients on their selection of the proper apartment. A member of the New York Real Estate Board since the start of her career, Eva is also a member of the Cosmopolitan Club in New York City.
