Born and raised in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, Erin is one of the few that can lay claim to the title as a native of this coastal community. Growing up in the vacation rental, property management and real estate sales business (her father is Leonard Kaiser, founder of Kaiser Realty, Inc. and now Kaiser Real Estate Sales, Inc.) gives Erin a unique insight into all aspects of coastal property. After graduation from Auburn High School, Erin moved right into a career in sales in Daytona, Florida. Her love for the Alabama Gulf Coast and family brought her back to the area to pursue her career in hospitality sales with The Beach Club, PCH Hotels and Resorts, the Mobile Convention and Civic Centers, and Peachtree Hotel Group. Erin was recognized by Marriott for her sales skills, and has held positions including Director of Sales, Group Sales and Director of Catering. Her energy and organizational skills were put to good use while planning events for up to 5000 people.
