Eric Drew

Responsible Broker, DRE# 00464329

Born in San Jose, California in 1948, the third of seven children, Eric Drew spent his childhood and adolescence in the small Central Valley town of Lodi. Following high school Eric returned to the San Francisco Bay Area to pursue his educational career, spending extensive time at UC Berkley before eventually settling on a teaching credential at Sonoma State University. Inspired by the purchase of his first home with his wife, and unfulfilled by his prospects in education, Eric received his California Real Estate License in 1973 and in 1974 relocated his young family to Healdsburg, a quiet agricultural community in the heart of Sonoma County. With several years of experience in real estate, in 1976 Eric became the sole broker and owner of Mid-Towne Realty, managing a group of 7 agents as he expanded his own presence as an agent. Eric spent the next decade representing esteemed clientele in exclusive transactions as part of the burgeoning commercial revitalization of Healdsburg. Eric continued to expand his company with the acquisition of Healdsburg Realty in 1990, eventually becoming the first affiliated Sotheby’s International Realty brokerage in Northern California in 2006. As the broker and owner of Healdsburg & Artisan Sotheby’s International Realty, Eric has assembled an impressive team of over 70 agents who emulate Eric’s objective of providing in-depth knowledge of local markets with unparalleled customer service. For over 40 years Eric’s extensive community engagement has informed his commitment to preserve Healdsburg’s cultural heritage while sustaining its evolving development as an exceptional community in Sonoma County.
