The US Virgin Islands have been more than just a home in Eric Bauman's life. They are part of his wonderful memories. Eric was a lucky as a young man, having the chance to go out in the world and explore it with his family. Shortly after graduation from college, a job opportunity arose on St John in the late 1980’s, and the islands became a significant part of his life. Eric’s first meeting with the real estate business was in 2004, when he started to get involved in a set of operations regarding high-end properties, which led to the increase of his interest in details about the real estate market on St. John. Driven by the desire to offer a better service to his customers, he got his real estate license in 2005. He is also a licensed member of the National Association of Realtors, and the St. John and St. Thomas Boards of Realtors. Eric resides full time on St. John, and enjoys showing people the gorgeous properties on the island. The vast experience gathered over years of work in the fields of sales and property management allow Eric to be a very reliable person when it comes to any matter connected with the real estate market.
