Erica Conaty Goldman, Global Real Estate Advisor for Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, has represented over $30 million in real estate transactions over the last 4 years. Her clients range from first-time home-buyers to high-profile and high-net worth individuals either adding to, or selling off their portfolios.

She combines her vast experience in sophisticated marketing strategy with an expert knowledge of the Chicagoland real estate market to identify and close on prime opportunities for her clients. Erica is focused on creating an excellent experience, confidently negotiating the best possible outcome, and serving as a trusted advisor for the long term. While sellers benefit from Erica’s expertise in strategic marketing, buyers appreciate her talent for honing in on a property that fits their lifestyle while maximizing the value of the investment into the future.

With extensive experience overseeing major construction and redesign projects, Erica has developed a sharp eye for detail and sense of space that allow her to visualize the possibilities of a given home for buyers, and to adeptly advise sellers on how to best represent their property. She has developed a key network of local experts in the areas of staging, interior design, general contract work, financing and real estate law.

In 2016, Goldman was recognized by her peers as the JSIR Rookie of the Year. Erica has also been featured in Chicago Agent’s Who’s Who issue in 2017, 2018, and 2019, as well as being featured in North Shore Real Producers Magazine as a “Rising Star” in 2020. Prior to relocating to Chicago in 2005, Erica built a successful career at NBC in New York. In her last position as the Vice President of Marketing at NBC Universal, Erica was responsible for developing strategic events and promotions for cable assets and their affiliates, in addition to re-branding the Bravo network. She also oversaw the Olympic marketing plans, merchandise program, community relations initiatives, and executive meetings while managing a bi-coastal staff. Goldman also spent a year Publishing and introducing Sophisticated Living magazine to the Chicago area.

An active member of her community, Erica served on the Friends of Prentice Board for the last 14 years - Co-Chairing their annual gala seven times! Just recently, Goldman has aligned herself as a member of the Advisory Board of the Concussion Legacy Foundation.

Goldman resides in Northfield, IL with her husband, 3 children, and newest addition Ireland the Labradoodle.
