As a lifelong resident of Maryland, Erica Baker exceeds expertise knowledge for her local residential area. She is a local Realtor with an exciting vision for Global Real Estate, holding a certification as an International Property Specialist (CIPS). She currently affiliates with TTR Sotheby’s International Realty in Annapolis, MD; prior to she was awarded with the Honor Society award when she was affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services for her first three years in the business, she is certainly a rising star in the industry. Erica began her journey into real estate in 2015 when she left her cozy office job of six years at Thompson Creek Window Company as a Purchasing Manager and accepted a job as a Mortgage Processing Assistant while taking the Maryland Champion Real Estate Licensing Course. From the day she received her license, Erica hit the ground running and hasn’t looked back. With a burning passion for culture and traveling, no one was surprised when she set out to obtain her International Property Specialist Designation in 2017. Shortly after obtaining the designation, looking to broaden her international knowledge, participation and exposure, she became a member of the Global Business Committee with Maryland Association of Realtors, and a D.C. chapter member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA). Being a qualified, knowledgeable, and experienced realtor, she shows extreme drive daily to help her clients looking for a new home in Maryland, a home away from home abroad, or those looking to start fresh in a new country. With an already impressive sale portfolio and a strong business initiative and drive, Erica is working towards a future that will better serve her clients and their life goals.
