Epo I. Manning, a Senior Global Real Estate Advisor and Associate Broker with Sotheby’s International Realty, brings over 20 years of experience in the New York real estate market to every transaction and every client she works with. Born and raised in Manhattan, Epo owned a boutique real estate firm for over 10 years as an independent before joining Sotheby’s International Realty. Epo and her team joined Sotheby’s International Realty in 2012 and have since achieved a place in the top 2% of Realogy Brokerage Group sales associates year after year. In 2013, Epo earned the Top Ten Producer award. They bring the same philosophy of personal attention, integrity, commitment, and a hands-on approach to everything they do that allowed Epo and her team to flourish as an independent.

Prior to joining the New York real estate industry in 2001, Epo worked at the MOMA (Museum of Modern Art) and then later had a marketing career that brought her overseas, where she lived in Japan and different parts of Europe for many years. Her enthusiasm for New York real estate is equaled only by her passion for people and her dedication to all her clients and her relationships.

Epo earned a B.A. in philosophy from Binghamton University, speaks Mandarin Chinese and Japanese, and studied French for 12 years. Epo was married in New York City in 2006 and has two children, Keegan and Alexandra, and a goldendoodle named Kiwi. She has traveled extensively throughout her life and comes from an international background, growing up at UNIS (The United Nations International School) in New York. Through her diverse upbringing and experiences, she has come to understand that honesty, patience, presence, and an open mind and heart are the most important values in any profession or any life pursuit.
