Ella’s strong connections with luxury real estate agents across Sotheby’s network of 65 countries and sophisticated international clientele bring increased attention and economic opportunity to her sellers and buyers. Ella is fluent in Mandarin, and brings special expertise in guiding international clients in the Silicon Valley market. Her sellers find more opportunities, and her buyers have a distinct advantage by accessing the most desirable and distinct properties, on or off the market. Ella is also the Executive Director of the non-profit organization, China Silicon Valley, which promotes cooperation between Silicon Valley and China. In her role, she leads delegations of business leaders and government officials to connect and collaborate, and also hosts visiting dignitaries from China who visit or relocate to Silicon Valley. In which, she creates more opportunities to her clients.



Ella has M.A. in Counseling Psychology and B.A. in Business Accounting, as well as deep cross-cultural working experience as a finance manager and counselor in both the United States and China. Through her experience, she built a keen business acumen and sharp negotiation skills to achieve and exceed her client’s real estate goals. Ella believes in long term relationships, and always ensures that her clients make informed decisions in their best state of mind with solid data.
