After graduating from Cornell University in the late 80's, my turn in the working world included stints in the advertising, corporate retail, and marketing worlds. I was living and working in New York City when I met my husband, married, and moved to town. The move to Montclair proved a smooth transition as it was a microcosm of big city life -a renowned art museum, incredible restaurants, world-class gardens and wonderful outdoor spaces, and a diverse and dynamic local population. Our two boys thrived in the public school system and in the community getting involved with a myriad of sports teams, a local Boy Scout troop, and the Montclair YMCA. With the easy commute by train, bus, or car, we still enjoy NYC life regularly! I have been very active in the Montclair community - serving on several boards of the Junior League of Montclair-Newark, the Mercier Club, countless school and other local committees including Van Vleck House & Gardens and the Montclair YMCA. I also now serve on the board of the Saint Peter's Prep Parent Committee in Jersey City and as a committee member of one of their major fundraisers. I love that this area provides endless opportunities to be involved at any level with so many varied organizations - keeping me connected to my community. I enjoy skiing with my family, cooking for friends, getting swallowed up by a good book, and have a newfound passion for golf! I embrace the opportunity to showcase the unique and rich environment Montclair and its surrounding communities have to offer. Living here has given me a passion for a community that has been my family's home for the past seventeen years.
