Elizabeth Hewson Judge

Real Estate Professional

Beth earned a BA in English and Economics from the University of South Carolina, Columbia, and a J.D. from Seton Hall University Law School. After working in top NJ corporate law firms, she took an early retirement from legal practice when she and her husband Brendan purchased their first (of three) home in Spring Lake and began raising their family here. Fast forward twenty-three years, and Beth has developed an impressive career in luxury residential real estate sales, celebrating her tenth year with Ward Wight Sotheby’s International Realty as an agent in the Spring Lake office. Beth’s success in real estate sales actually began with a focus on short term luxury summer rentals. Over a short period of time, her rental clients became buyers, and many eventually became sellers, and buyer’s again! Since then, she has participated in tens of millions of dollars in private and Multiple Listing Service transactions in Spring Lake alone with Ward Wight Sotheby’s. Her personal commitment to working with a relatively small number of buyers and sellers at any given time has served her well. Her clients appreciate her close attention to detail, her steadfast appreciation for confidentiality and discretion, and her immediate response to their needs throughout the buying and selling processes. Client recommendations and professional referrals account for most of Beth’s new business, and for that she is eternally grateful. When not working, Beth enjoys all that the Jersey Shore has to offer. She and Brendan actively support several local charitable organizations, such as The Samaritan Center at the Jersey Shore and The Jersey Shore Rescue Mission. Beth also served as the NJ Fund Representative for The Fresh Air Fund, NYC for more than a decade and continues to support its mission. Beth and her family have most recently been enjoying fostering abused and neglected dogs rescued out of the south through Poor Paws Rescue (poorpawsrescue.com) - and can often be found introducing their foster dogs to neighbors and friends at the Spring Lake dog beach. Beth would be happy to share her knowledge of the area, and our unique local real estate market with you. If you are looking for an agent like Beth, who can guide you through the buying, selling (or renting) process, give her a call!
