About Elisa:

Originally from Berkeley, California, Elisa has been coming to Kauai since 1999 and is ecstatic to call the island home. In addition to working as a real estate agent, Elisa has extensive experience both owning and managing rental properties, through which she has gained experience renovating old homes and commercial buildings. She is also a certified Feng Shui consultant, which allows her to better assess a home’s functionality, remedy any problem areas, balance the five elements through staging, and enhance wealth areas to attract prosperity.

A dual citizen with Sweden married to a Bulgarian man, Elisa feels privileged to have traveled extensively, and she greatly enjoys working with people from across the globe. During college Elisa studied abroad in Italy, and, due to living in Central America as a Peace Corps volunteer and again during graduate school at the United Nations’ mandated University for Peace, Elisa also speaks Spanish fluently.

It is no secret that Elisa is tenacious when it comes to realizing her goals: she has been scuba diving with hammerhead sharks in the Galapagos, summited Mount Kilimanjaro, and ran 26.2 miles in the Big Sur marathon. Similarly, she is determined to reach your goals and will go the extra mile for you!
