Eileen volunteers with the Chicago Botanic Garden, several local park districts and Open Lands, teaching nature and the outdoors to young children. She has fostered over 100 dogs over a decade. Many of them she rehabbed and was able to pair with great new families who adopted, loved them, and gave them great lives.
